Camelot by the Sea offers 232 guest studios and suites in an 18-story yellow-and-white building that includes a 10-story garage. All units are nonsmoking and provide fully equipped kitchens with four-burner glass-top ranges. Balconies provide full views of the ocean. Two- and three-bedroom suites include dishwashers and washers and dryers. Contemporary decor includes ivory-colored furniture and floral fabrics. Local telephone calls are complimentary.
Lined by palm trees, an outdoor pool deck fronted by a sunning lawn with lounge chairs, umbrella tables, and a sand play area features a 90-foot free-form pool, a 40-foot toddlers’ pool with shower, and a large spa tub. Camelot’s indoor pavilion with a glass front and potted plants contains a 200-foot lazy river with tubes, a 70-foot free-form pool, a small toddlers’ pool, and a spa tub. During the warmer months, pavilion windows are removed.
