Newly remodeled (2008) and under new management, 1st Inn Branson is arguably the nicest independent hotel on Branson’s famous 76 Country Blvd. 1st Inn Branson is owned by Hugh Upton, who for fifty years has owned and operated hotels and resorts from Detroit to Daytona Beach. He has brought a fresh style to the property, which boasts a modern design as well as new amenities.

Building on Mr. Upton’s vision and experience, the new management team at 1st Inn Branson has focused on an Enhanced Guest Experience. From the initial reservation, to arrival, to the cleaning of the rooms, to the purchase of show tickets, and through express check-out, the management team at 1st Inn Branson strives to go above and beyond guest expectations, and create a memorable and trouble-free experience for the guest.

1st Inn Branson offers luxury amenities at a modest price. Paying attention to the needs of dedicated guests who regularly visit our property year after year, 1st Inn Branson added two new elevators to our property when we renovated. We built large Jacuzzi Suites, Sofa Suites, and 2-room Family Suites. We are one of only a handful of properties in Branson that have no standard-sized beds; all of our beds are pillow-top Queens or Kings. Even rooms with two beds are equipped with Queens!
